Teacher in Charge: Mr R. Maxwell
This is a course for students who will probably not need entry into Level 2 Biology, Chemistry or Physics but are still interested in learning about the world. We cover four internals throughout the year:
1 Biology – microorganisms
2 Chemistry – metals
3 Chemistry - carbon cycling
4 Physics – heat
Additional/alternative standards may also be offered on a case by case basis.
This is not an open entry programme. Students are selected based on recommendations by the student’s Year 10 Science Teacher, in consultation with HOLA Science and the Deans.
