This course covers business formation, function and management of businesses that operate in the global environment. Important ideas are developed in the classroom and also through links with the local business community.
The internal assessments are all research and group based and cover marketing as well as setting up and running a small business through the Young Enterprise Scheme to (hopefully) make a profit.
Approximately $10.00 and Young Enterprise fee $35.00. We are grateful to families making voluntary payments to assist with course specific costs.
Reasonable success in Level 2 Business Studies including an external assessment, or reasonable success in Level 2 English or at the discretion of the HOD.
