Year 9 French - Two Terms

This is an interactive course that represents the latest technology in language teaching, using an interactive course book, slides, video clips and games. Students also have access to these interactive materials in class and to other online activities through Google Classroom. Topics covered are basic personal information, talking about your home and family, discussing your favourite things, your life at school and talking about where you live, your free time and holidays. In addition, students will learn about the customs and culture of France, what school is like in France and taste some French food in order to develop their intercultural competencies.

Students will also work collaboratively, using BYOD and various Google Apps for Education to produce work in electronic form, to present what they have learned in an exciting and creative way.

This course runs for Four Hours per week for Two Terms.
