Level 1 Physical Education
Teacher in Charge: Mr J. Nicholls
The course has a balance of physical activity and theory. The practical components of the Year 11 course include Volleyball, Lacrosse, Netball, Sports Performance, Coaching, Outdoor Ed Components and an emphasis on positive interactions with those around you.
The theory sessions support these activities and also include Anatomy, Bio-mechanics, Exercise Physiology, Leadership and Risk Analysis. You will use all of these skills in harmony to develop concepts that are applicable in all walks of life.
Recommended Prior Learning
Students need to have demonstrated a high level of participation and bringing correct gear to lessons in Y10. The course is for students with a keen interest in Physical Education and Health.

Course donation of $20 covers course related costs.
PE Uniform for practical class
