Mathematics
Mathematics underpins everyday life and is the tool which
helps us make sense of what is around us, from everyday commerce through to the
high tech gadgets we use each day. Without it trade could not have
developed and the industrial revolution would not have happened. It helps
support many career pathways particularly in Commerce, Science and Technology
areas.
Through the study of Mathematics, students develop their
logical thinking, problem solving skills and analytical thinking.
