Level 3 Digital Technology

This course provides students with an in-depth understanding of complex concepts and procedures in digital media using a range of recognised industry-standard software applications. Students will work on one project throughout the year with a real life client. Students may choose their own area to focus their project on, such as Animation, Image Manipulation, Web Design, 3d Modelling and/or Desktop Publishing.
Note: This course is university entrance approved, the standards below may change based on the new Digital Technology standards being introduced by NZQA.
Recommended Prior Learning
Reasonable success in Level 2 Digital Technology or Level 2 Computer Science or at the discretion of the HOD.
